All services are delivered by licensed professionals. Rove Skin and Wellness reserves the right to decline treatment based on medical or ethical concerns.
2. Appointment & No-Show Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service fee.
3. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service.
No refunds for completed treatments or opened products.
4. Sanitation Protocols
Treatment rooms and equipment are disinfected between every client.
Staff follows provincial health regulations, including PPE use.
Clients are required to disclose any illness prior to their appointment.
5. Liability Policy
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history.
Rove Skin and Wellness is not liable for adverse outcomes due to omitted medical information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
